There is no such thing as one size fits all. We provide tailored services to best meet you where you are on your health and fitness journey. You can mix and match these services to help you achieve your goals.

This is our most popular service. At the heart of CrossFit are our daily coach-led classes. Typically there is a strength/lifting/skill part of the workout and a conditioning part. Every part of the workout will vary from day to day to keep it fun! As part of this service you can also get 24/7 access to our gym to workout when it fits your schedule best.

If you are comfortable in a Crossfit Gym and want the convenience of working out on on your time. Then this option is for you. Perhaps you have your own programming or just want to do some squatting and lifting outside of a class setting. If so, let's get started. All you need is your smartphone!

Personal Training

Not everyone is ready or wants to be in a class setting. That's ok! We offer personalized 1on1 training with a Crossfit Certified Level 1 Trainer who will create a personalized program for you. During the initial consult, they will go over your goals and assess your movement patterns. From there they will design exercises and help develop your skills in order to meet your goals.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. We will meet with you to discuss your goals and go over our flexible nutrition guidance and how we can help you understand how to fuel your body properly. Our coach will check in with you multiple times a week and be there to ensure you have accountability and guidance.
