How Does it Work?
A 12-week program to focus on nutrition, exercise, and overall health.
It begins with an individual meeting with Kristen to discuss your goals and what steps you can take to achieve them. This ensures that every person in the program has a personalized experience with a clear path to help them build the habits they need to move forward in their health journey.
Weekly check-ins and frequent availability to help with accountability, questions, and encouragement.
Access to a group for all participants that will include tips for a healthy lifestyle.
Getting to Know Kristen
I am a mother of two little boys who have lots of energy! I am also a physician assistant, long term group fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast. In 2021 I became a CrossFit Coach, which has been an amazing journey for my health and fitness.
Following the end of my second pregnancy, I found myself at 210 lbs, and as unhealthy as my body had ever been. After joining CrossFit Coordinate and tackling my own eating habits through a series of different lifestyle improvements, I have improved my strength and conditioning, and lost a total of 60 lbs and successfully kept it off for the last year.
Through the process, I have learned a lot and this program is about sharing my knowledge and experiences as a medical professional, CrossFit Coach, and fitness enthusiast with you to help you achieve your goals in a sustainable way.
